Vision

To develop Chettikulangara Grama Panchayat into a model local self-government institution that enhances the quality of life of all sections of society by ensuring public participation, social justice, transparent governance, environmental protection, and sustainable development, while achieving cleanliness, health security, and social harmony.

Mission

To ensure a participatory, transparent, and accountable system of governance in accordance with the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act and Government guidelines; to provide quality services in the areas of drinking water, sanitation, healthcare, education, social welfare, infrastructure development, waste management, and environmental protection; to safeguard the welfare of women, children, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and marginalized communities; and to enhance service delivery through the effective use of technology while achieving inclusive and sustainable development through active public participation.
